In addition, he is the Founder of Prachaar Company, a Gurgaon-based advertising and event agency known for delivering innovative branding and event solutions. Through these ventures, Manu has played a key role in creating industry recognition, promoting fair work practices, and building structured growth opportunities for artists nationwide.
